Here at Lamlash Primary we are exceptionally proud of our pupils for doing so well in the art competition in honour of the Wee Mac Book Festival which takes place on Arran on the 9th and 10th September 2022.
The competition was aimed at nursery, primary and high school pupils who were invited to create a picture which showed why they love reading, writing and hearing stories.
Meredith (pictured centre) was one of the festival’s main winners. She received her prize at the iCentre in Brodick from judge Jean Bowden.
Mali and Danny were both highly commended by the judges. Anna and Hanna were both commended by the judges. Overall a fantastic result for Lamlash in a brand new to the island competition.
